Job summary

Bunnings Warehouse in New South Wales (Gosford) is seeking a Senior Supervisor to lead store operations and elevate the customer experience. You will work closely with the leadership team to keep the store safe, well-stocked and ready for customers, while developing your leadership capabilities.

This full-time role requires flexibility to cover morning, day and evening shifts across 7 days, with an adult pay rate of $31.93 per hour for 18+ years old.

What's involved

This is a hands-on leadership role where you'll contribute across all parts of store operations. You'll have the opportunity to:

• Lead from the front, creating a welcoming, safe and well-presented store environment that sets the tone for a great customer experience
• Support day-to-day store operations, including opening and closing, and stepping into site leadership when required
• Coach and guide team members on the shop floor, helping them deliver knowledgeable and helpful service
• Keep the store running smoothly through effective workforce planning, stock flow and replenishment
• Drive a strong safety culture by promoting safe practices and supporting team wellbeing
• Resolve customer queries in a practical, helpful way that builds trust and loyalty

• Play a key role in onboarding and developing team members, supporting their growth and confidence on the job
