Job summary

Bunnings Warehouse in Greater Shepparton is seeking a Senior Supervisor to lead store operations and elevate the customer experience every day. This hands-on role requires strong leadership, safety focus, and the ability to coach a diverse team across morning, day and evening shifts.

As part of the leadership group you’ll help ensure the store is safe, well-stocked and ready for customers, while driving efficiency and introducing practical improvements.

• Experience in a retail or customer-facing leadership role.
• Confident supporting store operations including safety and stock management.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to make practical decisions and solve problems.

Responsibilities

• Lead from the front, creating a welcoming, safe and well-presented store environment that sets the tone for a great customer experience.
• Support day-to-day store operations, including opening and closing, and stepping into site leadership when required.
• Coach and guide team members on the shop floor, helping them deliver knowledgeable and helpful service.
• Keep the store running smoothly through effective workforce planning, stock flow and replenishment.
• Drive a strong safety culture by promoting safe practices and supporting team wellbeing.
• Resolve customer queries in a practical, helpful way that builds trust and loyalty.
• Look for better ways of working, improving efficiency and supporting the rollout of new tools or processes.
• Play a key role in onboarding and developing team members, supporting their growth and confidence on the job.
