Job summary

Bunnings Group is seeking a Senior Supervisor to lead store operations, ensuring safety, stock readiness, and a welcoming customer experience. You’ll partner with the leadership team to bring the store to life and coach team members for excellent service.

This is a full-time role with flexibility across morning, day and evening shifts across seven days, focused on delivering great customer experiences and driving continuous improvement in store performance.

Responsibilities

  • Lead from the front to deliver a safe, welcoming store environment and a great customer experience.
  • Support day-to-day store operations, including opening and closing and site leadership when required.
  • Coach and develop team members for confident, knowledgeable service on the shop floor.
  • Plan workforce and stock flow to ensure smooth replenishment and coverage.
  • Promote a strong safety culture and well-being of the team.
  • Resolve customer queries in a practical, helpful way to build trust and loyalty.
  • Assist rollout of new tools or processes to improve efficiency.
  • Onboard and develop team members for growth and confidence on the job.

As a Senior Supervisor, you’ll partner closely with the leadership team to bring our store to life - making sure it’s safe, well-stocked and ready for customers.
