Job summary

Bunnings is seeking a Senior Supervisor on the Gold Coast to lead daily store operations and champion a safe, organized shopping environment.

You will work closely with the leadership team to coach staff, manage stock and deliver excellent customer service across mornings, days and evenings, seven days a week. This full-time role offers growth and a chance to influence store culture.

Qualifications

  • Experience in a retail or customer-facing leadership or supervisory role.
  • Experience in store operations, including safety, stock management and customer service.
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

  • Lead from the front, creating a welcoming, safe and well-presented store environment that sets the tone for a great customer experience.
  • Support day-to-day store operations, including opening and closing, and stepping into site leadership when required.
  • Coach and guide team members on the shop floor, helping them deliver knowledgeable and helpful service.
  • Keep the store running smoothly through effective workforce planning, stock flow and replenishment.
  • Drive a strong safety culture by promoting safe practices and supporting team wellbeing.

As a Senior Supervisor, you’ll partner closely with the leadership team to bring our store to life - making sure it’s safe, well-stocked and ready for customers.
