Bunnings is seeking a Retail Supervisor in Australia to lead a busy department and support the store's senior leadership. You’ll help maintain high energy and ensure daily operations run smoothly, leading by example to deliver great customer service.

You’ll coach and onboard new team members, coordinate stock and merchandising, and foster a positive, inclusive team culture while working across flexible retail hours.

You'll keep the energy high and the workflow smooth in your designated department. By leading by example, you'll work with your team to ensure every day is a success and operations run like a well-oiled machine. Get ready to lead, inspire, and make a real impact!We provide an adult pay rate for 18 years of age and above at $30.78 per hour for this role.What’s involved:Lead by example by demonstrating best service practices and support the team in providing friendly and helpful advice to customersCoach the team through guidance on appropriate service behavioursHelping onboard and train new team members by providing training and induction supportMerchandising standards to ensure all merchandising meets business requirementsManaging and coordinating stock effectively.Who we're looking for:Our ideal candidate will share a genuine passion for retail and customer service and be complimentary to the store leadership team.
