Job summary

GPT Group is seeking an Operations Manager to join the Karrinyup Shopping Centre management team in Perth. You will lead the Integrated Services Team, drive safety and environmental compliance, and oversee operating budgets and long-term capital forecasting to optimise centre performance.

The role requires strong leadership, contract management experience, and the ability to engage with stakeholders from council to community groups, with a focus on delivering exceptional customer experiences.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience in a similar role within large retail-focused assets.
• Experience in contract management and administration.
• Familiarity with NABERS, NGERs and sustainability reporting obligations.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Integrated Services Team and contract to ensure prioritised, high-quality activities with a strong focus on customer service.
• Drive the safety culture across the asset, ensuring OH&S compliance and incident reporting is completed and closed.
• Ensure Environmental and OH&S compliance including contractor induction and risk management planning.
