Job summary

National Storage in Osborne Park, WA, is seeking a Centre Manager to lead a Storage Consultants team and drive financial and operational excellence.

You will ensure top-tier customer service, centre presentation, safety, and effective reporting to the Operations Manager. This role offers a rotating roster, development opportunities, and a focus on team growth within a respected Australian chain.

Qualifications

• Full unrestricted driver’s license and car.
• Experience in a management or team leadership position.
• Strong conflict resolution knowledge and de-escalation skills.
• Proven ability to work towards sales targets and KPIs.
• Proficient with technology and multitasking across systems.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead, support and motivate a team of Storage Consultants to meet or exceed targets.
• Manage team performance, time management, delegation and conflict resolution.
• Ensure consistently excellent customer service.
• Oversee centre operations, presentation, maintenance, admin duties, security, access control and health & safety compliance.
• Prepare weekly and monthly financial performance reports for the Operations Manager.
• Foster a positive, inclusive culture aligned with company values.
