Seek.com.au is hiring a Senior Restoration Technician to join a new, owner-operated property restoration business serving Melbourne. You will manage water damage projects from initial assessment to completion with autonomy on site.
You'll work hands-on with drying equipment, moisture monitoring and mould remediation as needed, communicating clearly with clients and builders, and you may progress into leadership as the team grows.
We're establishing a new, independently owned property restoration business servicing Melbourne and surrounding areas, backed by extensive industry experience.
We're looking for experienced Restoration Technicians who can confidently manage water damage projects independently, from initial assessment and equipment setup through to monitoring and completion.
This is a hands-on technical role where you'll have the autonomy to run your own jobs, make practical decisions on site and deliver quality outcomes, with support from experienced leadership.
As an early member of the team, you'll also have the opportunity to help shape how the business operates and progress into a supervisory or leadership role as we grow.
