Offshore Staff Assist in Australia seeks experienced Restaurant Managers to lead daily operations, supervise staff, and deliver exceptional guest experiences. Ideal candidates have 3+ years in restaurant management, strong budgeting, forecasting, and cost-control skills, plus proficiency with POS systems.

You will ensure health and safety compliance and collaborate with kitchen and service teams to drive performance.

Formación

• Proven experience as Restaurant Manager(s) for 3+ years.
• Experience in managing restaurant operations including staff supervision and inventory.
• Ability to enforce health and safety protocols within the restaurant.
• Proficient in customer service, handling complaints, and ensuring satisfaction.
• Financial management skills including budgeting, forecasting and cost control.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee daily restaurant operations to ensure smooth and efficient service.
• Manage and train staff, fostering a positive work environment.
• Monitor inventory levels and place orders to ensure stock availability.
