YourRecruit Ltd is seeking an experienced Responsible Individual to provide strategic leadership and regulatory oversight across multiple children’s residential homes in the UK. You will manage Registered Managers, ensure safeguarding, drive quality assurance, and uphold the Children’s Homes Quality Standards.

You will oversee regulatory compliance, audits and reporting to senior leadership, while promoting trauma-informed, child-centred care and continuous service improvement.

Qualifications

• Experience in Ofsted-regulated children's residential care.
• Registered Manager experience and eligibility for Ofsted Responsible Individual registration.
• At least 2 years’ senior management experience in Ofsted-regulated care.
• Experience supporting homes rated Good or Outstanding.
• Strong safeguarding knowledge and Ofsted inspection framework familiarity.
• Experience conducting audits and improving service quality.

Responsabilités

• Oversee the safe and effective operation of multiple children’s homes.
• Ensure compliance with Ofsted and Children’s Homes regulations 2015.
• Support Registered Managers with inspections, audits and regulatory compliance.
• Act as the organisation’s Designated Safeguarding Lead (DSL).
• Oversee safeguarding investigations, referrals and LADO procedures.
• Lead quality assurance audits and improvement plans.
