CS UK Recruitment Ltd is seeking a committed Children’s Home Registered Manager to lead a brand-new small residential home in Camden, London. You will ensure high-quality, safe, nurturing care for children and young people aged 9–17 with complex emotional and behavioural needs, with strong safeguarding and welfare focus.

You will lead staff, oversee care plans, risk assessments and multi‑agency collaboration, driving continuous improvement in line with regulations and company standards.

Qualificações

• Strong childcare and safeguarding knowledge
• Leadership and management qualification or willingness to obtain one; NVQ Level 3 in Caring for Children and Young People
• Experience managing staff teams and leading safeguarding practice

Responsabilidades

• Deliver high-quality, safe and nurturing care for children and young people in the home
• Hold accountability for safeguarding and welfare; oversee daily operations
• Provide strong leadership, manage staff, and drive continuous improvement
• Maintain safeguarding systems, safer staffing, risk assessments, and multi‑agency working
• Ensure care plans and support services are implemented effectively
