Bayside Health is recruiting Senior Respiratory Physiotherapist(s) for a rotational role based at The Alfred site, Melbourne. The role focuses on delivering advanced respiratory physiotherapy within a three-rotation framework and contributing to unit-based education and staff development.

The successful candidate will lead across streams, supervise junior staff and collaborate with senior clinicians to drive excellence in physiotherapy services for inpatients and outpatients in a large teaching

Qualificações

• Registered to practice in Victoria via AHPRA.
• Capable of delivering physiotherapy services to designated units in consultation with senior physiotherapist.
• Demonstrated ability to plan and manage a caseload.
• Demonstrated initiative in a clinical setting.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and provide physiotherapy services across rotations (Lung Transplant, Cystic Fibrosis, General Respiratory).
• Educate physiotherapy students and supervise Grade 1 staff.
• Contribute to leadership, teamwork and communication within the physiotherapy service.
