Job summary

Ferrovial Webber Energy, LLC is seeking a seasoned construction manager to lead utility-scale renewable energy projects in The Woodlands region. You will drive safety, budget adherence, scheduling, and coordination across owners, engineers, and subcontractors to deliver successful EPC outcomes.

Responsibilities include developing plans, managing procurement, and ensuring quality control while maintaining alignment with project goals and timelines.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Electrical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Construction Engineering, Construction Science, or related.
• 5 years of experience with utility-scale PV plants or large EPC construction projects.
• Experience with Procore and BlueBeam preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead safety-first culture across the project teams and manage personnel development and assignments.
• Develop and maintain project plans, budgets, and schedules; coordinate with owners, engineers, and subcontractors.
• Prepare Primavera P6 schedules and monitor progress to meet deadlines and budgets.
• Oversee cost control, procurement, and vendor management to ensure on-time delivery and quality.
