Western Power is seeking a Senior Remuneration Consultant to deliver specialist remuneration and total reward advice across the organisation. You will shape how we reward our people, combining technical expertise with practical business insights to support equity, affordability and governance.

You will lead job evaluation, benchmarking, modelling and annual remuneration reviews, partnering with leaders, People, Finance and Employee Relations.

Qualifications

• Extensive remuneration and total reward experience in a corporate or consulting environment.
• Strong analytical and numerical skills with ability to translate data into insights.
• Experience developing remuneration models and making recommendations to executives.
• Knowledge of remuneration governance, pay equity, and industrial instruments.

Responsabilités

• Provide specialist advice on complex remuneration, benefits and total reward matters.
• Lead job evaluation, market benchmarking and remuneration analysis with clear insights.
• Oversee the annual remuneration review cycle, including planning and governance reporting.
• Prepare evidence-based remuneration recommendations for leaders and governance forums.
• Analyse workforce and market data to identify trends and risks and translate insights into actions.
• Support enterprise agreements, industrial relations, and workforce planning with remuneration modelling.
