ORS Group is seeking a Senior Rehabilitation Consultant to join our growing national team and help injured clients reclaim independence and wellbeing. You will provide clinical assessment services and evidence-based case management across Australia within multidisciplinary teams.

This role offers flexible work arrangements, including work-from-home options and part-time possibilities, with calendar autonomy and offices with parking.

Qualifications

• Qualified in Occupational Therapy, Physiotherapy or Exercise Physiology.
• Registered or eligible for registration with AHPRA or ESSA.
• Must have a car and valid driver's licence.
• Willing to obtain/hold National Police Clearance, Working With Children/Vulnerable People Check and NDIS Worker Screening Clearance.

Responsabilités

• Provide clinical assessment services and evidence-based case management across Australia.
• Work within multidisciplinary teams supporting stakeholder engagements across contracts and service models.
• Collaborate with clients in workplaces, homes, medical centres and ORS offices to support rehabilitation.
• Develop strong relationships with clients to empower goal achievement.
• Establish relationships with employer and insurer partners and referrers.
