Work Rehab is a people-first allied health firm in Sydney. We seek an experienced Rehabilitation Counsellor or Psychologist to join our Sydney team, handling a varied caseload with autonomy, supported by peers and leaders who understand rehab work.

We offer flexible full-time or part-time options in a hybrid setting, with ongoing training, mentoring, and PD allowances to support your professional growth and wellbeing.

Qualifications

• Qualification as Rehabilitation Counsellor or Psychologist.
• Registration with AHPRA or ASORC.
• 1–2 years' experience in occupational rehabilitation.
• Strong communication and stakeholder engagement.

Responsibilities

• Develop tailored rehabilitation and return-to-work plans.
• Assess physical, psychological, social, and vocational factors.
• Conduct Vocational, Workplace and Functional Capacity Assessments.
• Collaborate with clients, employers, treating providers and insurers.
• Provide clear, evidence-based advice to support sustainable outcomes.
