Aged Care Quality and Safety Commission in Melbourne seeks a Principal Intelligence Analyst to lead the Regulatory Intelligence team, delivering timely, objective intelligence products for regulatory decision-making. You will oversee intake, triage, sequencing and analytical delivery, while guiding governance and standards, and mentoring staff.

Qualifications

Experience leading complex intelligence analysis for executive or regulatory decision-making.
Strong research, conceptual thinking and analytical problem-solving abilities.
Ability to execute strategic priorities through coordinated analytical delivery.
Excellent written and oral communication for senior audiences.
Strong stakeholder engagement and leadership skills.

Responsibilities

Lead execution of Regulatory Intelligence Strategy priorities with coordinated analytics and delivery timelines.
Oversee complex Strategic Intelligence Assessments and high-priority intelligence products.
Manage end-to-end flow of intelligence work including intake, triage and sequencing.
Provide QA and ensure intelligence products are clearly expressed and actionable for executives.
Integrate intelligence from regulatory activity, internal data, stakeholders and open sources.
Provide leadership, mentoring and coaching while embedding governance and standards.
