Job summary

Peoplebank is seeking an experienced Senior Compliance Manager to support key regulatory and compliance initiatives within a highly regulated financial services environment in Sydney. The role focuses on obligations management, regulatory interpretation, compliance uplift activities, and partnering with stakeholders to embed compliance requirements across the business.

Qualifications

Experience in regulatory obligations management within a regulated environment.
Ability to interpret regulatory requirements, legislation and internal policy obligations.
Proven track record translating regulatory obligations into business requirements and controls.
Experience leading or supporting compliance uplift, remediation, or regulatory change initiatives.

Responsibilities
