Job summary

Rabobank seeks an experienced Compliance Advisor to join the Risk & Compliance team in Sydney on a 6-12 month contract. You will provide expert advisory, oversee compliance activities, and support regulatory change initiatives to embed obligations across the organisation.

You will partner with stakeholders, maintain compliant registers, and deliver practical guidance and training to strengthen the group’s risk culture in a dynamic regulatory environment.

Qualifications

• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills across business units.
• Experience delivering practical compliance and regulatory guidance.
• Ability to design and deliver compliance training programs.
• Proven ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels.

Responsibilities

• Support and execute key components of the Compliance Framework.
• Partner with business to implement policies, standards, and regulatory requirements.
• Act as primary contact for compliance guidance and interpretation of obligations.
• Maintain compliance registers and monitoring records for accuracy.
• Monitor and report on compliance with laws, regulations, and industry standards.
• Develop and deliver training and awareness initiatives to strengthen culture.
