Department of Energy, Environment and Climate Action (DEECA) is seeking a Senior Recruitment Officer in Melbourne CBD with hybrid work arrangements. You will lead recruitment activities, guide the Recruitment Officers, and contribute to large-scale campaigns to deliver for Victorian communities.

The role emphasizes leadership, stakeholder engagement, and continuous improvement. The fixed-term position runs until 3 December 2027.

Qualificações

• Knowledge of contemporary recruitment practices and HR policies.
• Experience delivering high-quality, client-centred recruitment services in a complex org.
• Experience with recruitment platforms (Springboard, SAP SuccessFactors) is desirable.
