Stellar Recruitment is seeking a dynamic recruiter to join our Construction and Engineering team in Brisbane. You will recruit White Collar professionals, build relationships with clients and candidates, and manage the full recruitment lifecycle in a fast-paced, high-energy environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years' experience in a recruitment role.
• Sound judgement, decision making and problem solving capability.

• Intermediate skill level across Microsoft Excel and Word.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent time management skills and ability to plan ahead.

Responsibilities

• Recruit for White Collar building appointments.
• Proactively identify and acquire new clients through strategic business development initiatives.
• Conduct market mapping and source potential leads to drive new business.
• Develop lasting client and candidate relationships, supported by Stellar's extensive network.
• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle in a dynamic, high-energy team where your efforts are truly valued and rewarded.
