Stellar Recruitment AU and NZ in Brisbane is seeking an experienced Recruitment Manager to lead and mentor a team of consultants across varying levels of experience. You will drive growth in the Engineering & Construction division with a strong focus on business development and client relationships.

This is an established team with solid handover and leadership support. You’ll oversee the full recruitment lifecycle, foster a high-energy culture, and contribute to Stellar’s Brisbane office

We’re looking for an experienced recruitment leader to join Stellar as we continue to grow within the Construction & Engineering sector in our Brisbane QLD office. This is a rare opportunity to step into a manager-level role where you’ll not only drive business development and client engagement, but also mentor, coach, and lead an established team of consultants across varying levels of experience.
