Job summary

IQ-EQ is seeking an experienced Senior Fund Accountant to join our Real Estate & Infrastructure team. This hands-on role manages day-to-day accounting, NAV and fee calculations, and investor reporting for a portfolio of real estate and infrastructure funds, ensuring accurate and timely financial information for clients and stakeholders.

Qualifications

• 5-7 years of fund accounting or related financial role.
• Degree in Accounting or Finance; CA/CPA/ACCA qualification.
• Knowledge of Australian tax (Income Tax, GST) for non-resident investors.
• Experience with real estate and infrastructure fund accounting.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities.

Responsibilities

• Review and maintain NAV calculations, fee calculations, and investment transactions for real estate funds.
• Oversee fund operations: capital calls, accruals, invoices, payments, and investor reporting.
• Prepare and review financial statements; perform variance analysis and support audits.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory and tax obligations; monitor filings (ATO).
• Collaborate with clients, auditors, tax advisers and internal teams on fund activities.
