Job summary

IQ-EQ is seeking a Senior Fund Accountant for our Real Estate & Infrastructure team. This hands-on role covers daily financial management, reporting, and close processes for a portfolio of real estate and infrastructure funds.

You will lead NAV and fee calculations, oversee capital calls and investor reporting, and ensure regulatory compliance and timely financial reporting. A strong accounting background and client-focused mindset are essential.

Qualifications

• 5-7 years of experience in fund accounting or related financial role.
• Degree in Accounting/Finance with a professional qualification (CA/CPA/ACCA).
• Knowledge of Australian tax (ITR, GST) for non-residents is important.

Responsibilities

• Review and maintain NAV calculations, fees, and investment transactions for real estate funds.
• Oversee fund operations: capital calls, accruals, invoices, payments, investor reporting.
• Prepare financial statements and support year-end audits and regulatory reporting.
• Ensure regulatory and tax compliance and manage reporting timelines.
• Collaborate with clients, auditors, and internal teams on fund activities.
