Job summary

Ray White Prospect in Adelaide is expanding and seeks an Office Manager/Senior Campaign Manager to lead our office operations and drive end-to-end property campaigns. You will coordinate listings, settlements, and a high-volume auction schedule while elevating our digital and social media presence.

Qualifications

Prior real estate experience is ideal, but a proactive attitude and strong organisation count more.
Must be proactive with solutions-focused mindset and real estate enthusiasm.
Excellent attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Professional presentation and exceptional interpersonal skills.
Ability to work autonomously and as part of a collaborative team.
Strong communication, negotiation, and conflict resolution abilities.

Responsibilities

Coordinate property campaigns from launch to settlement with accurate data across digital and print.
Lead marketing and social media efforts to maximise property visibility.
Coordinate high-volume auction operations with prepared materials for agents.
Serve as the primary contact for buyers and vendors throughout contract to settlement.
Manage office operations and streamline workflows to support the sales team.
