Job summary

Coles Group in Melbourne is seeking a Senior Range & Space Transformation & Governance Manager to lead transformation, governance and end-to-end range delivery across the business. You will report to the Head of Range, Space & Systems and shape strategy, improve processes and ensure alignment with store needs.

You will partner with senior stakeholders across Commercial and Store Development, lead a high-performing team, drive capacity planning, and embed strong governance while delivering value

Qualifications

• Extensive experience in retail, FMCG or a complex commercial environment.
• Strong commercial and customer mindset, linking strategy to outcomes.
• Experience leading strategy, transformation and change initiatives.
• Proven governance and end-to-end range management capability.

Responsibilities

• Shape and evolve our range and space strategy to deliver value and tailored offers.
• Lead transformation initiatives to simplify how ranges are built and delivered.
• Own and improve the end-to-end range review process with clear governance.
• Develop governance frameworks for effective decision-making across functions.
• Manage the range review calendar and demand planning balancing priorities.
• Partner with senior stakeholders to align priorities and drive change.
• Lead capacity planning and people development within Range & Space.
• Coach and develop the team to foster a high-performing culture.
