Job summary

Coles Group Pty Ltd in Australia is seeking a Senior Range & Space Systems & Capabilities Manager to lead the strategy, development and continuous improvement of the systems underpinning our Range & Space capabilities.

You will own the roadmap for key Range & Space solutions, partnering across Commercial, Digital, Technology and Business Unit teams to deliver innovative capabilities and maximise business value.

Qualifications

• Experience in Range & Space merchandising and space planning.
• Hands-on product or systems management experience translating needs into roadmaps.
• Strong stakeholder engagement with senior leaders.

Responsibilities

• Own the strategy, development and optimisation of Range & Space tools and systems.
• Act as product owner for Range & Space platforms and manage UAT processes.
• Translate user feedback into product requirements and feature roadmaps.
• Lead end-to-end initiatives from discovery to delivery and adoption.
• Collaborate with Commercial, Technology, Data & Analytics and Digital teams to drive improvements.
