Coles Group is seeking a strategic Range & Space Manager to shape how customers experience our stores in Australia. You will lead the range and space planning strategy, optimise layouts for visibility and efficiency, and translate business goals into practical, data-driven frameworks that support sustainable growth.

In this role you will drive data-informed decisions, partner with cross-functional teams, and champion continuous improvement across the commercial function.

Qualifications

• Proven experience within FMCG, supermarket or large retail environments with strong product, customer and operational understanding.
• Expertise in range reviews and space planning principles.
• High attention to detail underpinned by data and digital literacy.
• Advanced problem solving and critical thinking to translate insight into strategic recommendations.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic oversight across range and space planning initiatives with high quality, timely delivery.
• Drive data-informed decision making to monitor return on space and influence strategic choices.
• Identify opportunities for improved ranging and space utilisation and embed continuous improvement.
• Lead collaboration across cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and successful project outcomes.
