Job summary

The Coles Group in Melbourne is seeking a Senior Range & Space Systems & Capabilities Manager to lead governance, optimisation, and continuous improvement of Range & Space systems and processes. You will oversee Blue Yonder and related platforms, aligning technology with store and operational needs to drive better outcomes.

In a 15-month fixed-term contract, you’ll partner with technology and business teams, manage UAT, and champion capability development, data quality, and system adoption

Qualifications

• Experience in Range & Space within retail merchandising, space planning or optimisation.
• Strong stakeholder management and ability to drive capability uplift.
• Proven track record with process and system improvement initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Act as SME for Range & Space platforms and ways of working.
• Manage and enhance Blue Yonder and related systems to support business outcomes.
• Identify opportunities to improve processes, data quality, and system utilisation.
• Represent business requirements with Technology and other partners.
• Support UAT and implementation of system enhancements.
• Support training and change adoption activities.
