Job summary

Beca in Adelaide is seeking an experienced RAM engineer to join our Asset Management team. You will deliver RAM requirements, predictions and studies across the system lifecycle, working with Systems Engineering and other specialist teams.

You will lead RAM analyses, apply FMEA/FMECA and related methods, and build strong client relationships to enable sustainment and performance improvements across multiple sectors.

Qualifications

• RAM engineering principles applied to complex systems.
• Develop and interpret quantitative RAM analyses and models using RAM software.
• Perform failure analyses: FMEA/FMECA, reliability, availability and maintainability.
• Work within systems engineering or lifecycle engineering environments.
• Build and maintain client relationships; develop asset management solutions.
• Willingness to travel nationally for short durations (2–5 days).
• Tertiary qualification aligned to asset management or related disciplines.

Responsibilities

• Develop RAM requirements, performance measures and acceptance criteria.
• Conduct reliability prediction, allocation, availability and maintainability analyses.
• Develop RAM models and assessments across the system lifecycle.
• Lead RAM studies and analyses (RCM, FMEA/FMECA, FTA, RCA, Bow Tie).
• Collaborate with clients and internal teams to deliver RAM-enabled solutions.
• Contribute to RAM, Lifecycle Engineering and Supportability capability growth.
