Oversee project models and BIM conformity.
Coordinate inputs across structural, civil, mechanical, electrical and architectural disciplines.
Provide sketches and markups to support design documentation.
Lead proposals, bid submissions and client engagement.
Ensure delivery meets schedules and standards.
