Fever Australia is seeking an experienced Quantity Surveyor to lead the Australia Production team for touring and recurring experiences in the ANZ region. You will oversee production activities, manage budgets, and ensure high-quality experiences across venues from parks to stadiums.

The role requires 7+ years as a quantity surveyor or related field, plus 1–2 years of people management. You will collaborate with global teams, vendors, and venues to deliver Fever experiences at scale.

Qualifications

• Experience in construction management, production management of live or experiential events, immersive experiences, and/or permanent attractions.
• Strong oral and written communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.

Responsabilités

• Manage the Australia Production team on regional FO productions and mentor team members.
• Assess regional projects and allocate to team or freelancers as needed.
• Oversee budgets, build costing and cost overruns proactively.
• Develop production tools and processes to improve efficiency.
• Coordinate with internal teams and stakeholders for alignment and execution.
• Support development of new events and production formats.
