Job summary

Fever is seeking an experienced Tenancy Fit Out Manager to lead our Australia & New Zealand production team, delivering touring and recurring experiences across venues. You will oversee all regional production, ensuring high-quality spaces and on-budget delivery.

The role demands leadership, strong project and vendor management, and hands-on execution from concept through build. You will manage budgets, permits, safety, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to scale Fever Originals IPs

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in commercial fit-out management.
• Strong leadership and people-management skills.
• Proven ability to manage multiple regional productions and budgets.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Australia Production team on regional Fever FO productions.
• Assess projects and allocate tasks to the team or freelancers.
• Oversee budgets, timelines, and build costing for productions.
• Provide build expertise during feasibility and planning stages.
• Manage venue procurement, permits, insurance and technical validation.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to align on deliverables.
• Maintain a network of vendors and venues and manage contracts.
• Travel domestically and internationally as required.
