Job summary

Fever is seeking an experienced Production Team Lead for the Australia & New Zealand region to lead the production team and own top-priority projects. You will oversee all regional production activities, ensuring high-quality experiences while managing budgets and timelines.

The role requires 7+ years in live event production, 1–2 years of people management, and a hands-on, problem-solving mindset to deliver innovative, scaleable Fever experiences across markets.

Qualifications

• Proven track record in live event production or immersive experiences.
• Strong oral and written communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Australia Production team on regional Fever FO productions; develop team members.
• Assign regional projects to team members or freelancers as needed.
• Oversee progress, deliverables and problem-solve complex production challenges.
• Provide production expertise in feasibility, planning and pipeline development.
• Manage logistics: kit movement, trucking, site loading, permits and site validation.
• Oversee budget monitoring and build costing; anticipate overruns.
• Collaborate with Production Directors to improve tools and processes.
• Maintain a network of vendors and service providers for Fever productions.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to align and deliver event plans.
• Scale Fever Originals IPs in region while adhering to global standards.
• Assist in developing new formats and technologies for Fever experiences.
• Research new vendors and technologies; handle admin tasks incl. invoicing.
• Travel domestically and internationally as required.
