Job summary

Commercial & Infrastructure (C&I) is seeking consultants (Quantity Surveyors/Estimators) across Australia, including Adelaide, for cost advisory roles on major infrastructure projects. You will prepare estimates, analyse quantities, and support project planning with a strong emphasis on first principles and unit-rate methods.

Senior staff will lead delivery, supervise teams, and manage client relationships.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years in a major Australian contractor or cost consultancy.
• Strong knowledge of BOQ structures and cost estimation principles.
• Ability to interpret infrastructure drawings and quantify from drawings.
• Experience with material, labour, plant and sub-contractor cost estimation.

Responsibilities

• Provide accurate project estimates using first principles and unit-rate methods.
• Interpret designs and quantify to produce BOQs.
• Coordinate projects with clear understanding of scope and details.
• Liaise with external consultants for effective collaboration.
• Maintain up-to-date supplier files and reference similar projects.
• Ensure compliance with QA/QC processes.
