Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and minimum 4 years related experience.
• Graduate degree or equivalent with minimum 2 years related experience.
• Experience applying ISO9001/AS9100 quality systems.

Responsibilities

• Communicates with team members and customer counterparts to ensure hardware complies with specs.
• Applies Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma concepts to aerospace operations.
• Interprets drawings and quality requirements to meet customer expectations.
• Drives continuous improvements of the quality system and processes.
• Evaluates defects and implements containment and corrective actions.
• Participates in MRB dispositions for nonconforming product.
• Partners with Project and Manufacturing Engineering to implement test plans.
