Job summary

Northrop Grumman Australia is seeking a Senior Quality Enablement Specialist to join the Quality & Mission Assurance team in Exmouth, WA. You will lead audits, investigations, acceptance testing and continuous improvement across a highly technical Defence program, collaborating with engineering, project and operations teams.

The role requires a Lead Auditor qualification, a Diploma or higher in a related field, and eligibility for an NV1 clearance.

Qualifications

Lead Auditor qualification.
Diploma or higher qualification in Engineering, Quality, Systems, Maintenance, IT or related technical discipline.
Strong experience conducting ISO9001 and/or AS9100 quality audits.
Experience within Defence, aerospace, engineering, manufacturing or other highly regulated industries.
Excellent investigation, reporting and stakeholder engagement skills.
Eligibility to obtain and maintain an NV1 Defence Security Clearance.

Responsibilities

Conduct quality audits, surveillance activities and compliance reviews.
Lead investigations into quality and technical issues.
Perform acceptance testing, verification activities and inspections.
Support continuous improvement initiatives and quality management systems.
Partner with engineering, manufacturing, project teams and customers to ensure delivery requirements are achieved.
Assist with external audits and management of corrective actions.
