Job summary

NeonNow AI, Sydney-based, is seeking a Senior QA Analyst for a hybrid role (2 days in-office, 3 remote). You will own testing for major features, influence acceptance criteria, and champion quality across the team.

You will lead QA efforts in an agile environment, craft test plans, and coordinate UAT to ensure release readiness. Strong collaboration and documentation skills are essential for success.

Qualifications

• 4+ years in QA or software testing, preferably in agile teams.
• Strong experience with manual and exploratory testing best practices.
• Familiarity with issue tracking and documentation tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence).

Responsibilities

• Lead QA efforts for major features from planning through release.
• Create and execute clear test cases and exploratory tests.
• Surface risks early and influence requirements, sequencing, and acceptance criteria.
• Log detailed, reproducible bugs and drive them to resolution.
• Coordinate and support UAT to ensure release readiness.
• Collaborate with developers, product, and design throughout the lifecycle.
• Contribute to customer-facing and internal documentation.
• Champion QA process improvements across the team.
