Job summary

Qantas Group in Adelaide is pursuing a Senior Quality Engineer for Conversational AI to lead automated testing of chatbot solutions. You will design end-to-end test strategies, validate conversation flows and integrate testing into CI/CD pipelines.

You will collaborate with product, engineering and AI teams to improve QA capabilities, ensure performance, security and accessibility, and help shape the CAI testing roadmap.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience in Quality Engineering or QA.
• Testing Conversational AI or chatbot platforms.
• Experience embedding chatbot testing into CI/CD pipelines.
• Testing non-functional requirements like performance, security, and accessibility.
