Job summary

AI Talent is seeking a meticulous Software Tester to join our team in Australia. You will design and execute test plans for AI applications, identify defects, and collaborate with developers to ensure prompt resolution. Experience with test automation tools and programming in Python or Java is essential.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree in CS/Software Engineering and at least 2 years of testing experience. Salary ranges from AUD 70,000 to AUD 120,000 plus super.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field.
• At least 2 years of proven experience as a Software Tester.
• Experience with testing AI software applications.
• Proficiency in Python or Java.
• Experience with test management and bug tracking tools.
• Experience with test automation frameworks.

Responsibilities

• Create and execute test plans and test cases for AI software applications.
• Perform functional, integration, system, and regression testing.
• Identify and document defects with reproduction steps and track in bug system.
• Develop and maintain automated test scripts (Selenium, Appium, Robot Framework).
• Create and maintain test documentation and test reports.
• Set up and configure test environments to simulate real-world scenarios.
• Collaborate with developers, product owners, and QA to ensure quality.
• Stay up-to-date with testing methodologies and AI technology trends.
