Job summary

Arventa is seeking a Senior Automation Test Analyst to design, execute, and evaluate automated test scripts for high-quality applications in Australia. Qualifications

• Demonstrated experience in QA consulting or test automation strategy.
• Practical experience with API and UI automation tools (eg, Postman, Selenium, Cypress)
• Proficiency with testing frameworks, CI/CD pipelines, and version control systems
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to deliver tailored solutions
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with strong documentation practices

Responsibilities

• Review QA landscape and identify areas for automation
• Select and implement automation tools (e.g., Selenium, Cypress)
• Design reusable testing framework with CI/CD integration
• Set up testing environments and reusable components for scalable automation
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve testing frameworks and automation coverage
• Support shift-left quality practices throughout development lifecycle
• Develop performance benchmarks and load testing suites
• Address test coverage gaps and assess risks
• Prepare comprehensive bug reports for stakeholders
• Support UAT and validation for quarterly releases
• Conduct system integration testing and validate end-to-end workflows
• Assist with data acquisition for algorithm development
• Monitor defects and quality metrics in Agile workflows
