Job summary

Arventa is seeking a Senior Automation Test Analyst to design, execute, and evaluate automated test scripts to ensure high-quality applications. You will lead QA automation framework improvements and guide internal teams in implementing a robust testing strategy.

The role involves hands-on testing and mentoring teams, with exposure to API/UI automation tools (Postman, Selenium, Cypress) and CI/CD integration to deliver reliable software releases.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated experience in QA consulting or test automation strategy.
• Practical experience with API and UI automation tools (Postman, Selenium, Cypress).
• Proficiency with testing frameworks, CI/CD pipelines, and version control systems.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to deliver tailored solutions.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with strong documentation practices.

Responsibilities

• Develop and refine testing strategy and framework.
• Lead design and implementation of reusable testing framework with CI/CD integration.
• Set up testing environments and reusable components for scalable automation.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve testing coverage.
• Support shift-left testing and early quality practices in development lifecycles.
• Develop performance benchmarking and load testing suites.
• Identify and close test coverage gaps and assess risks.
• Document bugs and coordinate resolutions with stakeholders.
• Support UAT and validation for quarterly releases.
• Conduct system integration testing and verify end-to-end workflows.
