Qualifications

• Senior QA professional with hands-on testing experience in cloud-based SaaS environments.
• Ability to review requirements and design effective test strategies and plans.
• Proven track record in identifying quality risks and driving quality across the lifecycle.

Responsibilities

• Lead QA activity for complex, high-risk features and product releases
• Develop and execute structured manual test cases and exploratory testing plans
• Review user stories to ensure clear, testable acceptance criteria
• Identify quality risks and coverage gaps early in development
• Investigate issues using browser developer tools and logs
• Log detailed, reproducible defects and follow them through to resolution
• Verify fixes and perform regression testing prior to release
• Coordinate User Acceptance Testing and communicate release readiness
• Run retrospectives after critical defects to share lessons learned and action improvements
• Develop reusable QA templates, test plans, and onboarding resources
