Job summary

Transport for NSW is seeking a Senior Place Partnerships Officer to support governance and the end-to-end administration of complex grant programs. You will help deliver vibrant public spaces and walkable communities across NSW through strong partnerships with government, councils and industry.

You will prepare briefs and executive updates, monitor program performance and risks, and coordinate stakeholder engagement to drive positive community outcomes in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering programs, projects, grants or funding initiatives within a complex stakeholder environment.
• Strong relationship-building skills and ability to engage a diverse range of stakeholders.
• Excellent written communication for briefs, reports and executive correspondence.

Responsibilities

• Support the delivery of NSW Government vibrancy and public space programs across NSW.
• Administer complex grant and funding programs including assessment, contracting, milestones, acquittals and reporting.
• Build and maintain partnerships with stakeholders across government, councils, industry and partners.
• Prepare high-quality briefs, reports and program documentation with strong governance and record-keeping.
• Monitor program performance, identify risks and opportunities, and advise on decisions.
• Coordinate stakeholder engagement activities to support successful delivery and community outcomes.
