Job summary

Transport for NSW is seeking a Program Officer on a temporary basis in Sydney to support a diverse portfolio of grants and activation initiatives. You'll coordinate grant programs end-to-end, engage with external stakeholders, and contribute to governance, reporting and event delivery across NSW communities.

We value proactive, organised professionals with experience in grant administration, governance, and stakeholder communications, ideally with SmartyGrants or similar platforms.

Qualifications

• Experience administering grants and exposure to grant management systems.
• Ability to coordinate governance, reporting and stakeholder engagement activities.
• Experience delivering events and initiatives that engage communities.

Responsibilities

• Provide program and project management support across grants and activation initiatives.
• Coordinate end-to-end administration of grant programs using grant management platforms.
• Support governance, reporting and stakeholder engagement activities.
• Contribute to events and initiatives that shape communities across NSW.
• Prepare reports, presentations, briefing materials and other resources.
