Job summary

Learning Links, a not-for-profit organisation, seeks a Principal Psychologist to lead psychology practice, quality and innovation across our services in NSW. You will shape the clinical model and governance, with sign-off authority on clinical matters and regular travel to centres and community locations.

You will bring senior psychology leadership, a robust ethics framework, and a track record delivering population-focused outcomes for children and families within a multidisciplinary setting.

Qualifications

• Senior psychology practice experience with children, adolescents and families.
• Leadership in governance, quality assurance and clinician capability development.
• Ability to shape practice models, pathways and service design.
• Strong knowledge of ethics, privacy and regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities

• Maintain Psychology Practice Framework defining clinical model and standards.
• Resolve clinical escalations quickly with documented rationale.
• Provide sole clinical sign-off authority for psychology practice matters.
• Lead service innovations from concept to evaluation with evidence base.
