Job summary

BELOUIS Investment Group on the Gold Coast is seeking an in-office Property Maintenance professional to coordinate maintenance, repairs and emergencies across managed properties.

You will liaise with owners and tenants to ensure timely updates, resolve issues, and maintain high standards of service while complying with tenancy laws and safety regulations. A current real estate licence is required, with experience using Property Me or Inspection Express.

• Proven experience in a similar property maintenance/management role.
• Strong knowledge of tenancy legislation and industry best practices.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills with a customer-first mindset.
• Ability to manage competing priorities with professionalism and attention to detail.

Key responsibilities

Maintenance and Repairs: Responsible for coordinating maintenance, and addressing emergency issues in a timely manner

Owner Relations: Clear and precise communication with owners to ensure they are kept well informed about their property

Tenant Relations: Handling tenant complaints, maintenance requests, and ensuring timely resolution is a critical part of the role

Compliance and Safety: Ensuring that all maintenance activities comply with local building codes, safety regulations, and environmental standards is essential. This includes documentation of compliance

Contractor coordination: Coordinate with external service providers for specialise repairs, renovations or maintenance projects, ensuring quality and cost effectiveness

Proven experience in a similar role
