You’ll handle complex property matters, including development, disputes and advisory work, while working within an established national firm led by tech-forward partners.

Qualifications

• Proven property law experience with a focus on commercial disputes
• Strong litigation exposure in property-related matters
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment

Responsibilities

• Handle property-related commercial disputes, litigation and advisory matters
• Work with property development, insurance, strata rules, and general property law
• Manage construction disputes and broader contractual issues
• Handle strata and community title disputes with VIC legislation focus
• Prepare interlocutory and final hearing materials and briefs to counsel
