Redpath Partners is seeking a Fund Analyst to join its established real estate investment management platform in Sydney. The role supports institutional capital mandates and involves portfolio modelling, forecasting, valuations, transactions, capital management and investor reporting, collaborating with Investment Managers across Asset Management, Treasury and Finance.

Qualifications

Strong financial modelling and advanced Excel capability.
Experience with fund, acquisition, development or investment models.
Sound understanding of commercial property valuation and investment principles.
Exposure to portfolio forecasting, budgeting and performance analysis.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

Own and maintain fund and portfolio models incorporating asset performance and capital management assumptions.
Forecast earnings, cash flow, debt metrics and investment returns.
Support assessment and underwriting of new investment opportunities with Investment Management teams.
Prepare analyses and investment proposals for senior stakeholders.
Coordinate monthly and quarterly investment and portfolio reporting.
Assist with budgeting, business planning and portfolio strategy.
Contribute to valuation processes and debt compliance analysis.
