Job summary

Troocoo Executive Search is partnering with a well-established Australian property organisation entering an exciting phase of growth and strategic expansion. You will take ownership of a portfolio of development projects across the full development lifecycle, collaborating with internal stakeholders, consultants, and government authorities to deliver safely, efficiently and commercially.

Qualifications

Experienced development professional with track record in medium to large-scale residential or community projects.
Commercially astute with ability to manage multiple projects and complex stakeholders.
Strong experience across feasibility, planning approvals, procurement and construction delivery.

Responsibilities

Lead development projects from acquisition support to completion and handover.
Prepare and manage feasibilities, budgets and development programmes.
Manage planning approvals and stakeholder engagement with councils and authorities.
Coordinate architects, engineers and other consultants.
Oversee contractor procurement, design coordination and delivery.
Monitor budgets, risks, programme and commercial performance.
Provide regular progress reporting on costs and milestones.
Drive innovation, sustainability and continuous improvement.
